Chelsea and England left-back Ben Chilwell leaves Stamford Bridge on crutches as World Cup in Qatar looms (Video)

Chelsea ended the Champions League group stage with a 2-1 win over Dinamo Zagreb at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday, thus making sure to finish top of Group E ahead of AC Milan.

However, having played the full game, Ben Chilwell left the stadium on crutches with what appeared to be a hamstring injury. The 25-year-old is now a major doubt for the World Cup in Qatar.
