Sporting striker Viktor Gyokeres is willing to move to Arsenal in the summer transfer window, according to Football Insider. The Gunenrs are looking to sign a top-quality number nine this summer and believe that Gyokeres would be a great fit.
The 26-year-old Sweden international striker himself would be ‘happy’ to make the move to Arsenal and turn out for the UEFA Champions League semi-finalists. Gyokeres has scored 53 goals and provided 13 assists in 51 appearances for Spoting so far this season. The striker has scored 96 goals and provided 28 assists in 101 appearances for the Portuguese giants so far in his career.
Arsenal are second in the Premier League table at the moment with 68 points from 36 matches, three points ahead of sixth-placed Manchester City. Meanwhile, Sporting have won the Portuguese Primeira Liga after picking up 82 points from 34 matches, two points more than second-placed Benfica.
