PSV have agreed to sign midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum from Feyenoord, the club have confirmed on their official website.
The 20-year-old midfielder has agreed a four-year deal with the Dutch giants after ing a medical at the weekend.
“This is very special for me,” the midfielder told PSV’s official website.
“I still can’t believe it. I’m still a young player and I would like to develop. Therefore, staying in Holland remained the best choice.
“PSV are always competing for the title and I’ve never experienced that. I have a very good squad around me here.”
Despite his fragile age, Wijnaldum has already featured in 111 league games for Feyenoord, scoring 23 goals in the process and is currently considered one of the hottest prospects in Holland.
