Andreas Isaksson leaves PSV for Kasimpasa

Swedish keeper Andreas Isaksson has ed Turkish side Kasimpasa on a free transfer, the newly promoted side have announced.

The experienced keeper signed a three-year deal with the Turkish Super Lig side after his contract at PSV Eindhoven expired in June.

The 30-year-old is the first high-profile g for the side that have just returned to Turkey’s top flight, although they have already signed five players from other Super Lig sides.

Andreas Isaksson started his career at Trelleborg, where he spent just one season in the senior team before ing Juventus in 1999.

The Swede also enjoyed spells with Djurgarden, Rennes and Manchester City before finally arriving at PSV Eindhoven in 2008.

The experienced keeper has since amassed 123 Eredivisie appearances for the Dutch giants, during which time he became a first choice keeper for his country.

Isaksson currently had 96 Sweden caps to his name and he started all three games for the Nordic side at the Euro 2012.
