Franco Mastantuono has agreed to Real Madrid, according to TBR. The report has claimed that the River Plate midfielder will complete a move to Los Blancos once he turns 18 in August.
A number of other clubs have been interested in Mastantuono. Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Manchester United all tried to sign Mastantuono, but the Argentina international midfielder has decided to switch to Madrid instead.
Mastantuono is one of the most promising young players in South America and has already established himself as a key figure in the River first team. The teenager has scored 10 goals and given seven assists in 61 appearances for the Argentine giants so far in his career. Madrid could not win the La Liga title, the Champions League or the Copa del Rey last season and will be determined to do so in the 2025-26 campaign.
