Liverpool are interested in g Marcus Thuram from Inter Milan, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. The report in the Italian news outlet has claimed that Thuram has a release clause of €85 million in his contract at Inter.
La Gazzetta dello Sport has noted that Liverpool have ired Thuram from the days when Jurgen Klopp used to be the manager of the Reds. The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners still hold an interest in the 27-year-old international forward.
Thuram has been on the books of Inter since the summer of 2023 when he ed on a free transfer after leaving Borussia Mönchengladbach. The 27-year-old forward has scored seven goals and given two assists in 12 Serie A matches and has scored one goal in three UEFA Champions League games so far this season. Thuram scored 13 goals and gave seven assists in 34 Serie A starts last season.
